アルマジロって不思議な生き物です、いったい何を考えているのやら・・・造形的にはたいへん面白いのでさっそく作ってみました。 Armadillos are mysterious creatures. I could never guess what's on their mind. They also have a fascinating body structure, so I decided to go ahead and make a few !

たてがみには歯車だなぁ・・とイメージして作ってみたら
なんともかわいいウマになりました。
I thought to myself,“The mane should be made of coils”… And the result was a cute little horse!

家に転がっていた金属製のダクトで象を作ってみました。単純な発想ですが・・　
I used metal ducts lying around my house to create these elephants. I know, the idea is simple…

前に「AIBO」という犬型ロボットが話題になりましたが、高価だったので自分で作る事にしました。なので人工知能は持ち合わせておりません。
Remember how the dog-shaped robot “AIBO” used to be really popular? Well, I couldn't afford one so I built it myself ! It's without artificial intelligence though…

南の島にいそうな鳥をイメージしました。陽気なやつです。
I pictured “tropical birds” when crafting this. He's a delightful character.

鳥は自由に空間を移動出来ていいですね。
彼の名前は蒼井翼と申します。
I envy birds for being able to fly and glide about as they wish (OR It’s always amazing to see birds fly and glide as they wish). I named this guy Blue Wings

ドラム缶を見ていたらブタに見えてきた。
I was suddenly inspired while looking at drum barrels. OR Drum barrels look like pigs.

単純な発想ですが腕時計のメタルバンドからイメージしてヘビになりました。
I was looking at a wristwatch, and I was suddenly inspired to make snakes using the metal band.

マイナーだけどイメージ膨らむキャラクターを制作してみました。
これが意外にキュートなんです。
It's a minor but certainly cute character, so I decided to go ahead and make these guys.

ラクダにコブがあるのは何故？
それはガス欠で困っている仲間を助けてあげられるようにです。
Why do camels have humps? It's so they can help their friends in need of fuel!
